CBP Announces New Tariff Adjustments📢

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the IEEPA Fentanyl and Reciprocal Tariff measures affecting imports from China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

🔹IEEPA Fentanyl (9903.01.24)

Starting November 10, 2025, the duty rate drops from 20% to 10% for qualifying entries. Shipments arriving or cleared before that date remain under the old rate.

🔹IEEPA Reciprocal (9903.01.25)

The 10% rate will continue through November 10, 2026, while 9903.01.63 stays suspended.
